Country Meadow Residences is a modern 2004 built apartment home community, located in Manhattan, Kansas, voted 16^th best place to live by Livability in 2019. Country Meadow is optimally located nine minutes north of Downtown, 10 minutes south of Tuttle Creek State Park, and four minutes from Kansas State University. Our onsite amenities include a spacious clubhouse, which can be rented out by residents for parties and family get-togethers, a sparkling swimming pool to cool off on those hot summer days, a children’s playground, basketball court, and laundry facilities, multiple picnic areas with charcoal grills, all set in a mature park-like setting. Whether you choose our 2 or 3 bedroom apartment home, your home will feature central heat and air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, double basin sink with garbage disposal and washer and dryer connections, and a private patio or balcony, each home is neutrally decorated and comes finished with carpet, vinyl and window coverings throughout. For our residents’ peace of mind, we have management and maintenance staff onsite Monday thru Friday, with emergency maintenance on call, 24/7.

Pet Policy

Country Meadow is a pet-friendly community,  two (2) pets up to a maximum weight of 75lbs each at maturity, minimum age of one year old are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $200, a $250 pet deposit, and a $20/month pet rent, per pet. Documentation per the pet addendum (vaccinations, photo, signed pet rules, etc) must be provided. No dangerous breeds, including, but not limited to, Pitbull, German Shepherd, Husky, Rottweiler, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Chow, and Wolf hybrids.
